We retain the right to contact you for bookings, appointments and health and safety reasons if you unsubscribe from any email marketing.

You have the “right to be forgotten” and as such if you request us to delete your information from our systems we will oblige.
 
You can request removal from any and all further contact, however as we delete all information on our system we will not retain any details about your contact preferences and therefore may contact you in future if your details are re-added to our system.

If by any chance you’re not happy with your hair, let us know within 2 weeks so we can rectify it free of charge, we are very happy to do this for you.
 
We will exchange any product you buy and then dislike or change your mind as long as its brought back with in a 1 week
