How do I book an appointment?
All appointments can be booked online through our Booking Page. We don’t accept walk-ins, as our stylists are usually fully booked — booking ahead ensures your preferred time and stylist.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required when booking online. This secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We recommend a free consultation before any major colour change or restyle. It’s a great opportunity to discuss your hair goals and get expert advice from one of our stylists.
Do I need a patch test before colour?
If you’ve never had a colour service with us before, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures your safety and the best possible results.
What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of professional hair services for women and men, including cutting, colouring, balayage, highlights, blow-dries, and treatments.
What products do you use?
We use high-quality, salon-exclusive brands Keune, K18, Glowwa and Oligo chosen for their performance and care for your hair. Your stylist can recommend the right products to maintain your look at home.
