All no-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) will incur a charge of 50%

Why do we do this…

  • We don’t like charging but we have to have a policy in place to offer a good service.
  • The average stylist faces 1-2 no-shows or late cancellations a week. This can add up to £20,000 a year in lost money and the stylists still have to be paid.
  •  As a busy salon, our loyal customers are really important to us so we want to make sure that as many appointments are available for them.
  • We offer email and text reminders to help with remembering.
