Hair Appointment Procedure

Our team don’t just care for your hair we care for you too… Your health is our main priority.

Important please read before your visit… 

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN AROUND ANYONE WHO IS SHOWING SYMPTOMS OR HAS TESTED POSITIVE IN THE LAST 14 DAYS.

All equipment and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised after each client throughout the day.

Upon arrival we will be asking you to sanitise your hands… Please wear a mask during your service, our stylist’s will be wearing visors. You can take off your masks while your hair is developing if you have colour. We understand that wouldn’t be very comfortable.

Each stylist will be doing their own colours to limit your contact with people, wherever possible you will be just coming into contact with your stylist.

If you’re booked for a wet cut and to avoid contact please come in with freshly washed hair.

There will be no waiting area.  Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

*** If for any reason you can’t come alone please contact well in advance of your appointment so we can consider options that keep within our strict social distance rules.

We will be as busy as ever getting everyone in so please please please dont be late or early … if you’re late we’re late and it has a knock on effect to others, and we may have to you turn you away

We will be asking  you to either leave your coats in your cars or place them in your bags… this will ensure that your belongings don’t come into contact with anyone else’s.

We will not be offering magazines or drinks ( we can’t keep them virus free )  You are however welcome to bring in your own magazines and drinks  especially if you’re having a longer appointment. Hopefully this will just be temporary.

We have put prices up 5% on some of our services due to all the restrictions and extra business costs.  We are also unable to offer any discounts at this time… We are unable to do children under 10 as we require them to be on their own and need to wear masks.

No cash payments for now as we can’t disinfect the cash sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you understand. You can still buy gift vouchers online, we can take payment on a card over the phone or see below
